Great Basin National Park seems to be proud of their distinction of being the least visited national park in the country. It is located on the middle east edge of Nevada. Unlike much of Nevada, this area has beautiful high mountain meadows and forest.

I spent some time here photographing the myterious old bristlecone pines and enjoying a beautiful Fall on my return from the desert in southern Utah.
