I took this photograph during my travels to India in the Spring and Summer of 1993. I remember being very tired from months of travel, and I knew if I went to India and never visited the Taj Mahal that would be the question I would always be asked. I am very glad I went ... as I walked through the gates and saw this it took my breath away. The Taj Mahal is definitely the most beautiful man-made structure I have ever seen. I was fortunate to get the perfect light with dark storm backdrop to do justice to its beauty.
